When you set up your Dot Neutral account, you can elect to top up your account with a one time purchase or configure your account to automatically top up your account when certain thresholds are met. You balance is drawn down as deliveries are made with offsetting only happening as long as you maintain a positive balance.
If you choose to close your account, contact us at info@dotneutral.com and we will refund any balance remaining on your account.
